Questions
The things people ask before they call.
Costs, timelines, ownership and what happens when something goes wrong. If your question is not here, send it through the form and you will get a straight answer.
Cost and commitment
A marketing site typically runs between sixty thousand and three and a half lakh rupees depending on page count and integrations. A custom application starts around one and a half lakh and scales with scope. We give a fixed price after discovery, never a range that moves later.
Yes. Typically a deposit to start, then payments tied to agreed milestones, with the balance on launch. You never pay for work that has not been delivered and shown to you.
We price the change and tell you before doing the work, never after. Small adjustments inside the agreed scope are absorbed. Anything material becomes a written variation you approve first.
For projects, no. For retainers, three months, because meaningful improvement takes longer than one cycle to show up and we would rather not take money for a month that cannot produce a result.
How we work
Four to eight weeks for a marketing site, eight to twenty weeks for an application, two to ten weeks for an automation project. You get a dated plan before any money changes hands, and weekly builds you can watch on a staging URL.
Every build includes thirty days of support. After that most clients move to a maintenance retainer covering updates, backups, monitoring, security patching and a fixed block of changes each month.
Yes, after a paid audit covering code quality, security, dependencies and test coverage. You get a written report and an honest recommendation, including the cases where a rebuild is cheaper than a rescue.
We build it. The process audit produces a ranked list with hours and cost against each task, and then we implement, integrate, test against your real data and train your team.
Send an enquiry or call. We will have a short conversation to understand the problem, and if we are a fit we will propose a discovery session with a fixed scope and price at the end of it.
Voltra scopes and manages every project. Delivery is by our team and, where a specialism is needed, by vetted people from the Voltra Community network we have worked with before. You deal with one point of contact and receive one invoice.
Weekly, with a build you can open rather than a status email. If a week produced nothing worth showing, you will hear that too, along with why.
A decision maker who can approve things, access to the people who do the work being changed, and content or the honest admission that you need us to write it. Projects stall on approvals far more often than on engineering.
Ownership and risk
Yes. Most work is delivered remotely and we have clients across Tamil Nadu and the rest of India. We travel for discovery and launch when a project warrants it.
You do, in full, once the final invoice is settled. We hand over the repository, the hosting account, the domain and every credential. You are never locked in to us.
You take everything: repository, hosting, domain, credentials and documentation. We do not hold accounts hostage and we do not build on anything that cannot be handed over.
Yes, routinely, and before any commercially sensitive discussion. Send yours or ask for ours.
It stays yours. We document exactly what leaves your systems, where it goes and how long it is kept. For sensitive workloads we can keep processing entirely within your own infrastructure.
Still unsure
Ask us the awkward one.
We would rather answer a hard question now than discover the mismatch three weeks into a project.

What happens next
- 1We read it and reply within one working day, usually sooner.
- 2A short call to understand the problem. No charge and no sales sequence.
- 3If we are a fit, a written scope and a fixed price before any work starts.
