The problem
Most business websites fail quietly. They look acceptable, they load slowly on a phone, nobody can update them without raising a ticket, and no one can say which page brought in last month's enquiries. The site becomes a brochure that nobody trusts and nobody touches.
The cost is not the build. The cost is the two years afterwards, when every small change needs a developer and every enquiry arrives with no idea where it came from.
What we build instead
We build sites your team can actually operate. That means a content editor your staff are trained on, a structure search engines can read, and tracking wired in from day one so you know which pages earn money.
Speed is a requirement, not an extra. Pages are server rendered and statically cached, images are compressed and sized for the device asking for them, and we hold the site to Core Web Vitals thresholds before we call it done.
How we work
- Discovery. We sit down with the people who will use the site and the people it needs to convince. We come out with a written scope, a sitemap and a fixed price.
- Design. Wireframes first, then full design for every template. You see real content in the designs, never placeholder text.
- Build. We build in weekly increments on a staging URL you can watch. No surprises at the end.
- Launch and support. We migrate, we test, we point the domain, and we stay close for thirty days.
The stack
Next.js and React where the site must be fast and interactive. Laravel where there is business logic, user accounts or a database behind it. WordPress where the client wants to publish frequently and own the process. Hosting on Vercel or AWS depending on the workload.
Who this is for
Businesses that have outgrown a template. If your site is a shopfront and nothing more, a page builder is cheaper and we will tell you so. If your site needs to take bookings, quote prices, sync with your accounting software or feed your sales team, that is what we build.
What it costs and why
A marketing site with custom design and a content editor runs between sixty thousand and two lakh rupees. Applications with logins, workflow or payments start around two lakh and scale with what they do.
The number moves on three things: how many unique page templates there are, how many systems the site has to talk to, and whether content is supplied or written by us. We fix the price after discovery, so it does not move afterwards.
Speed is a requirement, not an upgrade
Half of Indian mobile visitors leave a page that takes more than three seconds. We treat Core Web Vitals as a pass or fail gate before launch, not something to look at later.
That means pages rendered on the server and cached at the edge, images compressed and sized for the device requesting them, fonts subset and self hosted, and JavaScript kept to what the page genuinely needs. We test on real low end Android hardware, because a fast laptop hides exactly the problems your customers hit.
Built to be found
Search visibility is designed in from the first sitemap rather than added at the end. Every page ships with a unique title and description, correct heading order, structured data, an accurate sitemap and internal links that make the important pages reachable in two clicks.
The most common fault we inherit is a site that renders entirely in the browser, so crawlers receive an empty shell. We render on the server. You can confirm it yourself by viewing source and finding the headline in the HTML.
Measurement, from the first day
Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking are configured before launch, including phone and WhatsApp enquiries, which most setups miss entirely. Each enquiry carries the page and campaign that produced it.
Without that you cannot tell which pages earn money, so every later decision about content or advertising spend is guesswork.
Security and maintenance
Forced HTTPS, a content security policy, hardened login, dependency scanning and automated daily backups held off the server, with restores tested quarterly. An untested backup is a hope rather than a backup.
Handover
You get the repository, the hosting account, the domain registrar login and every credential. We document how to add a page, change navigation and publish content, and we record the training session so the knowledge survives a staff change. You are never locked in to us.
